About Me

My Mission: 

I am a Certified Professional Coach whose soul purpose is to provide foundational critical thinking concepts and tools to a world malnourished in reasoning. 

The Problem:

We human beings are the only species who have the ability to reason through complex issues, yet if I asked you for your indefeasible template of a critical reasoner, what would be your response? 

We could have a multitude of subjective answers that draw from stories of success and failures or reach for concepts and principles within our areas of learning in the many subjects, domains, or fields, but we would still fall short in coming up with an agreeable set of indefeasible principles.  

The Solution: 

Dr. Richard Paul remains still after his passing in 2015, an international authority on critical thinking.         He developed concepts, principles, and theories essential to a robust and fairminded conception of critical thinking; worked tenaciously to advance ethical, or strong-sense, critical thinking throughout education and society. He founded the Center for Critical Thinking at Sonoma State University in 1980, followed by the Foundation for Critical Thinking. 

His wife Dr. Linda Elder, current President of the Foundation for Critical Thinking and executive director of the Center for Critical Thinking, has taught both psychology and critical thinking at the college level. Dr. Elder has a special interest in the relation of thought and emotion, the cognitive and the affective, and has developed an original theory of the stages of critical thinking development. 

Here within lies years of expertise of an indefeasible theory of Critical Thinking and it is what I will be sharing with those who choose to advance the critical thinking movement that is the foundation to help you in all subjects, fields, and domains.
